Terence O’Toole
Founder
The company was founded and is backed by Macanta Investments LLC, the investment vehicle for Terence M. O’Toole and his family. Terry is a long-time media investor, first as one of the founders of the private equity business at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and later for his own account. In addition to Golden Peak, other current Macanta media investments include Axios, VidMob and RedShelf. Before becoming an investor, Terry was a journalist, including stints as a collegiate journalist, a stringer for the Associated Press, a sportswriter in his hometown of Newark, Delaware, a magazine editor, and a copy editor at the Wall Street Journal.
Jeffrey Litvack

Jeff Litvack is a native digital executive who is leveraging his 25 years of operational, strategic and financial expertise to drive growth across the Golden Peak Media portfolio. Prior to joining Golden Peak Media, Jeff led digital transformations at iconic publishing brands including Adweek, Robb Report, ALM and the Associated Press. Most recently, Jeff served as a board member and CEO of Adweek overseeing five years of consistent annual double-digit growth. Jeff is a highly regarded executive credited with winning more than 30 coveted honors and awards for product breakthroughs and industry leadership from The Webbys, Apple, IAB, and others. Prior to his executive roles, Jeff was a strategic management consultant at Mitchell Madison Group and Mars & Co. Jeff has an undergraduate degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
David Saabye

David Saabye is a veteran media and information services executive with a proven track record of guiding content companies through digital evolution. He fosters high-performing teams across all aspects of the business – editorial, sales, marketing, technology, and product development – driving successful transformations and long-term growth. Prior to Golden Peak Media, David served as Senior Vice President of Product Development at BridgeTower Media, where he led product strategy for their extensive portfolio of over 40 business intelligence and marketing brands. He also held the position of Chief Product Officer at Adweek, a leading B2B media company focused on the marketing and advertising industry. David’s extensive experience encompasses leadership and executive roles at renowned organizations like ALM, the Associated Press, and Journal Register Company.
Kate Butler

Kate Butler is a media strategist with a rare combination of experience in both consumer editorial and business development. An experienced business journalist, she understands the power of community and audience engagement. Before joining Golden Peak, Butler was Head of Editorial Product & Engagement at Adweek in New York City. She also served in a variety of roles at The Associated Press, leading projects and teams in editorial, product development, sales and account management, most recently as VP Customer Engagement.
Nicole Woods
Chief Digital Officer
Nicole Woods brings extensive experience across media, finance, and Fortune 500 companies to her role as Chief Digital Officer at Golden Peak Media. Nicole led successful digital transformations at WeightWatchers, ALM and Adweek. She is a customer-advocate, tirelessly analyzing and improving products and the customer experience. With an extensive background in strategic initiatives, technical project management and product management she has led projects to transform digital processes and infrastructure with ease. She is adept at analyzing the project lifecycle and negotiating and fostering vendor relationships. A talented executive that leads projects to successful conclusions while coaching and encouraging the teams and staying under budget.
